📍 Cabin Location & Road Access Our cabin is perched on a mountain with a fully paved road access and a black top driveway. ⸻ 🛎️ Basic House Rules To ensure a great experience for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines: • 🚭 No Smoking inside the cabin. If smoke odor is detected, an additional cleaning fee may apply. You may smoke at the firepit area but must properly dispose of cigarette butts. • 🐾 No Pets Allowed – Unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction and additional cleaning fees. • 🎉 No Parties or Events – Unauthorized gatherings will result in eviction and/or extra charges. • 💦 Hot Tub Rules – Do not add anything (bath bombs, oils, etc.) to the hot tub. Damage caused by misuse may lead to maintenance or replacement costs charged to you. • 👥 Maximum Occupancy: 12 Guests ⸻ 🕓 Check-In & Check-Out • Check-In: 4:00 PM • Check-Out: 10:00 AM Late check-outs without prior approval may incur a $25/hour fee. ⸻ 🧼 What We Provide We’ve stocked the cabin with a starter supply of essentials to get you going: • Toilet paper, paper towels • Dish soap & detergent • Laundry detergent • Trash bags • Shampoo, conditioner, body wash • A few k-cup coffee pods & tea bags For longer stays, please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies. We provide 1 bath towel per guest, plus 1–2 extra towels in each bathroom. Feel free to bring extra towels if needed. ⸻ ⚠️ Important to Know 🐻 Wildlife Awareness – Bear Country Bears are active in our area. For your safety: • Do not store food or drinks in your car • Lock all car doors and cabin doors at all times • Never approach, feed, or try to interact with bears They’re wild animals and will usually pass by if left alone. Stay alert and respectful of their space. 🐜 Critters in the Woods Being in the Smoky Mountains means sharing space with nature. You may see or hear insects, squirrels, and other critters. To help keep them outside: • Keep windows and doors closed when not in use
