Cabin Location & Road Access Our cabin is perched in the Smoky Mountains with fully paved road access and a blacktop driveway. No steep gravel roads here! --- House Rules: *No Smoking* No smoking or vaping inside the cabin. Smoking is permitted outdoors near the firepit area. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Smoke odor or damage may result in additional cleaning charges. *No Pets* We love animals, but Dreamer's Oasis is not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees. *No Parties or Events* Dreamer's Oasis is designed for relaxing family vacations and group getaways. Parties and events are not permitted. *Hot Tub* Please do not add bath bombs, oils, or other products to the hot tub. Damage caused by misuse may result in repair or replacement charges. *Occupancy* Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. --- *Check-In & Check-Out* • Check-in: 4:00 PM • Check-out: 10:00 AM --- *What We Provide* We've stocked the cabin with complimentary starter supplies to help you settle in: • Toilet paper and paper towels • Dish soap and dishwasher detergent • Laundry detergent • Trash bags • Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash • A few K-Cup coffee pods and tea bags For longer stays, please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies. We provide one bath towel per guest, plus 1–2 extra towels in each bathroom. Feel free to bring extra towels if needed. --- *Wildlife Awareness – Bear Country* Bears are active in the Smoky Mountains. For your safety: • Do not leave food or drinks in your vehicle. • Keep car doors and cabin doors locked. • Never approach, feed, or attempt to interact with wildlife. Most bears simply pass through the area when left alone. Please enjoy them from a safe distance and respect their natural habitat. --- *Critters in the Woods* Being in the Smoky Mountains means sharing the outdoors with nature. You may occasionally see insects, squirrels, birds, and other woodland critters. To help keep them outside, please keep doors and windows closed when not in use. --- *Mountain Weather* Mountain weather can change quickly. Rain, fog, and cooler temperatures are common, even in summer. We recommend checking the forecast before your trip and packing accordingly. --- *Our Goal* Our goal is to provide a relaxing, memorable, and stress-free stay for every guest.
